I’ve been a loyal member of my favorite games for over three years, but I feel like the rewards are actually getting worse over time. It’s like they already know I’m not going anywhere, so they stopped trying to impress with insane welcome offers and risk-free. Is there actually any benefit to being a long-term loyal player anymore, or should I just delete my account and move to a competitor every few months to stay in the bracket?

That’s a classic dilemma in the industry, often called the "acquisition vs. retention" struggle. There’s a great piece on https://www.psu.com/news/why-some-players-get-better-promotions-than-others/ that dives into why certain players get prioritized for better promotions. While new players get the flashy "acquisition" deals, the truly profitable rewards are often hidden in the higher loyalty tiers that take time to reach. The problem is that many sites don't make these rewards transparent, so you don't realize you're actually getting better "invisible" perks like higher limits or faster support until you really need them.
