ABOUT:

Art Market: An overview on the current scenario: The process of the artistic canonization

Aware of one's own artistic identity, where to place oneself in the art market? Let's get to know him together. The objective of this webinar is to define the picture of the contemporary art market and which are the actors that make it up, in order to understand what are the stages that tend to characterize an artist's career through an institutional path.

About the instructor: Kimberly Fabbri, MA

Kimberly Fabbri (1997 Acqui Terme, AL - Italy) is an emerging international curator and is responsible for curating exhibitions of international artists at Culturally Arts Collective, as well as carrying out various projects both in the field of art and in marketing and communication for the real estate sector for a large European company, the Tecnocasa Group.  Her education is of an international nature: after earning a bachelor degree at the Iulm University of Milan in Arts, Design and Entertainment, she continued her education with a Master's Degree in Art and Design Management at the Budapest Metropolitan University to then complete her cycle of studies with an Executive Master in Global Marketing and Communication for Made in Italy and an Executive Master in Leadership for Relations for Made in Italy held by the Italy - Usa Foundation in Rome. Her professional career has seen her engaged in international contemporary art fairs such as the Art Market in Budapest, in historical museums such as the Terror Hàza Museum in Budapest (Hungary) and in private collections such as the Fisogni Museum in Varese (Italy). For Culturally Arts Collective, she curated the editorial project The Mutagens and wrote about Hungarian art and culture for the online information portal Ungheria News.  She defines herself as a flâneuse, and it is precisely her free spirit and her attention to the contemporary, with its changes and ambiguities, that lead her to constantly seek contact with the most diverse forms of artistic expression both internationally and in terms of attention to the cultural heritage of his countries of origin, Italy and Hungary.
