Join dance educator Tessa on Sunday, February 28th for some ballet barre exercises! You will also be learning a little center combination at the end! ALL LEVELS AND AGES FROM AROUND THE WORLD WELCOME. No previous experience required, but it's also a great class for experienced dancers to perfect the basics! Learn a new art and get a good workout! YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE THE CAMERA ON if you prefer to have it off.

Learn or practice barre exercises such as plies, tendus, degages, rond de jambes, grand battements, and more! Then, we'll move into a combination with center technique work. 

About the instructor: Tessa Gourdin is from Mauritius and has been dancing ballet for 18 years. She passed all her RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) grades and is currently studying the Intermediate vocational Syllabus. She took part in some projects: an online competition by RAD (video got featured on their website), Culturally’s "Clara in the Land of the Sweets’’ show, Renversé Ballet’s Nutcracker collaboration, the opening ceremony of the Indian Ocean Island Game as a dancer. She also has experience in creating choreographies for events and even gifted a dance (breadcrumb fairy variation from sleeping beauty) to her baby cousin. What first started as a hobby slowly became a real passion, hence Tessa is working on becoming a certified dance teacher. Furthermore, she's an artistic gymnastic coach assistant at GymAc LTD.
